La Cima was founded in 1985 by the Rios family with a simple dream: to bring the authentic flavors of traditional Mexican paletas and ice cream to the heart of Wisconsin. What started as a small family operation has grown into a beloved community institution.
Every paleta is still made by hand, just as it was in the beginning. We source fresh, local fruit whenever possible and use organic dairy in all our creamy products. No artificial flavors, no shortcuts — just real ingredients and real care.
